بمجرد تحميل أو الوصول إلى أو استخدام تطبيق Islamic Pro، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بشروط الخدمة هذه وبـسياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بنا. إذا كنت لا توافق، يرجى عدم استخدام التطبيق.

1. Nature of the Application

Islamic Pro provides religious utilities including, but not limited to: Prayer Times, the Holy Quran with recitations and translations, Azkar & Du'a, Hajj and Umrah Manasik guides, Quran Khatma Groups, Tasbeeh counter, Qibla compass, and Mosque locator. While we strive for accuracy — especially in prayer time calculations — geographical nuances and device configurations may cause slight discrepancies. Users are advised to cross-reference with their local mosque timetables.

2. Eligibility — Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Islamic Pro. By using the app, you confirm that you are 13 or older. If you are under 13, you may not use the app and you must immediately stop using it and uninstall it. If you are between 13 and 17, you confirm that you have obtained parental or guardian consent.

3. Voluntary Contributions & Digital Waqf

Islamic Pro is provided entirely free of charge, with no advertisements and no feature paywalls. We offer optional in-app purchases under the concept of a "Digital Waqf" — a voluntary act of ongoing charity to sustain server infrastructure, Quran reciter licensing, translation costs, and continued development. All app features remain fully accessible without any purchase.

4. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal

Islamic Pro may offer optional auto-renewable support subscriptions. If you choose to subscribe, the following applies:

• Subscription title: Displayed clearly on the purchase screen within the app and in the relevant app store.
• Subscription length: Monthly or annual, as selected at the time of purchase.
• Price: Clearly displayed before confirmation of purchase in your local currency.
• Auto-renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Payment: Charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Renewal charge: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: Manage or cancel your subscription at any time via:
  • iOS: iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions
  • Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
• Free trial: If a free trial period is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.

قد يقدم تطبيق Islamic Pro اشتراكات دعم اختيارية ذات تجديد تلقائي. إذا اخترت الاشتراك، فإن ما يلي ينطبق عليك:

• اسم الاشتراك: معروض بوضوح على شاشة الشراء داخل التطبيق وفي المتجر المعني.
• مدة الاشتراك: شهري أو سنوي، حسب الاختيار وقت الشراء.
• السعر: معروض بوضوح قبل تأكيد الشراء بعملتك المحلية.
• التجديد التلقائي: سيتجدد اشتراكك تلقائياً في نهاية كل فترة ما لم يُلغَ قبل ٢٤ ساعة من تاريخ التجديد.
• الدفع: يُخصم من حساب Apple ID أو Google Play الخاص بك عند تأكيد الشراء.
• رسوم التجديد: يتم تحصيل رسوم حسابك للتجديد في غضون ٢٤ ساعة قبل نهاية الفترة الحالية.
• الإلغاء: يمكنك إدارة اشتراكك أو إلغائه في أي وقت عبر:
  • iOS: إعدادات iPhone ← [اسمك] ← الاشتراكات
  • Android: Google Play ← الملف الشخصي ← المدفوعات والاشتراكات ← الاشتراكات
• التجربة المجانية: في حالة تقديم فترة تجريبية مجانية، يُفقد أي جزء غير مستخدم منها عند شراء الاشتراك.

5. Billing, Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed exclusively through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Islamic Pro does not directly process, store, or have access to your payment information.

• No direct refunds: Islamic Pro cannot issue refunds directly. All refund requests must be submitted to the relevant app store.
• Apple refunds: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
• Google refunds: Visit Google Play's refund policy page or contact Google Play Support.
• By making a voluntary contribution, you acknowledge it is a voluntary act of support and is subject to the store's refund policy.

6. User Conduct & Group Khatmas

When using collaborative features such as Group Khatmas, you agree to:

• Behave with respect and in accordance with Islamic values.
• Not use offensive, inappropriate, or disrespectful language in group names or any user-generated content.
• Not use the app for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.

We reserve the right to remove any user, group, or content that violates these standards, without prior notice.

7. Account Deletion & Data Removal

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time using the following methods:

• In-app: Navigate to Settings → Account → Delete Account within the Islamic Pro app.
• By clearing app data: On iOS: Settings → General → iPhone Storage → Islamic Pro → Delete App. On Android: Settings → Apps → Islamic Pro → Clear Data, then uninstall.
• By email: Send a deletion request to support@northplusstudio.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request."

Upon verified deletion, your Firebase anonymous ID and all associated data (Khatma progress, saved preferences) will be permanently removed within 30 days. Some data may be retained for a limited period as required by applicable law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., dispute resolution).

يمكنك طلب حذف حسابك والبيانات المرتبطة به في أي وقت باستخدام الطرق التالية:

• داخل التطبيق: انتقل إلى الإعدادات ← الحساب ← حذف الحساب داخل تطبيق Islamic Pro.
• بمسح بيانات التطبيق: على iOS: الإعدادات ← عام ← تخزين iPhone ← Islamic Pro ← حذف التطبيق. على Android: الإعدادات ← التطبيقات ← Islamic Pro ← مسح البيانات، ثم إلغاء التثبيت.

عند التحقق من طلب الحذف، سيتم حذف معرّف Firebase المجهول وجميع البيانات المرتبطة به (تقدم الختمة، التفضيلات المحفوظة) بشكل دائم في غضون ٣٠ يوماً. قد تُحتفظ ببعض البيانات لفترة محدودة وفقاً لما يقتضيه القانون المعمول به أو لأغراض تجارية مشروعة (مثل تسوية النزاعات).

8. Intellectual Property

The design, code, original content, branding, and all proprietary assets of Islamic Pro are owned by North Plus Studio. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or distribute any part of the app without explicit written permission. The Quranic text, translations, and recitations are sourced from verified public-domain databases or are used under appropriate licenses.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Islamic Pro is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely accurate (including prayer time calculations). Your use of the app is at your sole risk.

يُقدَّم تطبيق Islamic Pro "كما هو" و"بحسب توفره" دون أي ضمانات صريحة أو ضمنية من أي نوع. لا نضمن أن التطبيق سيكون دون انقطاع أو أخطاء أو دقيقاً تماماً (بما في ذلك حسابات مواقيت الصلاة). استخدامك للتطبيق هو على مسؤوليتك الخاصة.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, North Plus Studio and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use Islamic Pro. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $10 USD, whichever is greater.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the app shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Your continued use of the app after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
